Lunch Made Easy: Healthy Adult Work Lunches

With the school year ending, for most families, this week seemed like a good one to focus on Healthy Adult Work Lunches. (Mom & Dad need to eat too!)
I don't just pack for Little Miss - I pack for myself, as well. Whether I'm at the office or traveling for work, it's important I have a healthy lunch to fuel me for the day!
My lunches are also now gluten free, nut free, and dairy free (& more). Here are some ideas + links to other adult work lunch round-ups I've posted to give you tons of inspiration!

Lunch Made Easy: Snowy Lunch for a Snowy Day

As I type, the snow is coming down outside... it has been since late afternoon here. *sigh*
Little Miss was excited though ~ She said it looked like Christmas! Then asked to go build a snowman... lol, so the lunch for Wednesday is fitting. :)

I had the idea to make Little Miss's lunches an advent, of sorts. :) Every day I intend to somewhere include a number somehwere in her lunch with how many days are left until Christmas. As of Monday, there will be 27 days left. She was VERY excited when I told her I'd be doing this!

Lunch Made Easy: Hoppy Friday!

As I made the balls, I did a couple different sizes as I wasn't sure how they'd turn out. Then the idea came to me to make it into a cute little bunny. :)

Lunch Made Easy: Bologna Salad?

Yes. Bologna Salad. A favorite of Little Miss and actually was when I was a kid too... We joke that it's the "poor mans Ham Salad" (sandwich spread) because my mother would eat it growing up when they didn't have much money. Thus why we grew up with it too. :)

I haven't made it for Little Miss in a looooong time so I figured it'd be a nice treat for her today, so I made some last night.

TA-DA! I got a little carried away with all the pictures you'll see below but I was just so excited with how it turned out. She screamed this morning with delight and a hug that almost knocked me over. Totally worth it. ;) lol
