Wednesday's lunch for Little Miss is packed in her LunchBots Duo.
She has McCain's smiley potatoes, a nitrate free hot dog I cut up into flowers, carrots with dip, and watermelon dices.
Simple and delish! :)

Lunch Made Easy: Butterfly Bento
What a wonderful weekend spend with family and friends.
It was also emotional at church service Sunday AM with a time of reflection honoring our service men and women, along with their families. Not only that, I witnessed a dear friend get baptised. It was so moving to hug her before she walked down, tears in her eyes... which of course made me tear up! How could it not?! So amazing.
I hope everyone had a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend!

Lunch Made Easy: Dog Days Night
Oddly enough, I've had this dog and bone cutter sitting in my box of cutters for probably a good 6 months now and haven't used them... LOL, when Little Miss made her lunch this past Sunday evening she saw them and was shocked that I'd been holding out on her! ;) So here you go baby girl!

Lunch Made Easy: Nana Love
Tomorrow is Grandparent's Day at school so my mother (aka Nana) will be attending a luncheon, art fair, and special musical performance just for the grandparents! Little Miss has been looking forward to it all week!
They did the performance for parents tonight. Thus my later than normal posting - we just got home a bit ago. So I quickly made lunches and am trying to get things settled for the evening. I wanted to do her special "Nana Lunch" more justice but getting home so late simply put a damper on more "cuteness". Oh well, I know she'll still love it!

Lunch Made Easy: Chebe Pizza Muffin (+ Recipe)
I've been using these Chebe Pizza Muffins in Little Miss' lunchbox for almost two months now. I've received a few comments and even emails asking me about them and to post the specifics of how I make them. Sooooo since Little Miss and I needed to bake up another batch over this past weekend, I decided to post the pics I took on the "how-to" with tomorrows lunch. :)

Lunch Made Easy: Babysitter Bento
Little Miss is actually off school tomorrow and Friday (conferences/ end of marking period).
She will be going to her usual babysitter, who's been watching her since she was about two and half I think, when she hasn't been in school.
She's a saint when it comes to being attentive to her needs and foods with regards to her peanut allergy but now that we're on the gluten free kick, I didn't want her to have to worry or feel like she had to purchase anything special. So we agreed that I would happily provide her with snacks and lunch for the days she's there. :)

Lunch Made Easy: Tuesday Treats
Little Miss was so cute this evening helping me pick out the goodies she wanted in her lunch for Tuesday ~ I love when I have time to pack them before she goes to bed and can be involved in what's inside her EasyLunchBoxes container.
Besides a sometimes quick Q&A session, lol.

Food for Thought: Watermelon Pops
I posted a quick picture of this on my facebook page yesterday but wanted you all to see:
Great idea for fourth of July weekend -
Cut your watermelon into pie shaped slices. Make a small slit on the rind, and stick in a popsicle stick!
My daughter LOVES eating them this way. :)
