Lunch Made Easy: Sandwich on a Stick

Little Miss loves when I get my Starbucks fix because she knows the stoppers/ stir sticks are saved for her food as picks! (Thanks MOMables for this fabulous idea!)
Today, we kept this school lunch simple by using them to make "Sandwiches on Sticks" ~ Using our Udi's Gluten, Nut, Dairy, & Soy Free Bread:

Lunch Made Easy: Flower Bagel Bites

Well, I only got home about 45 minutes ago from a long day of travel for work. In that time managed to make two lunches, nibble on some leftover dinner, and put on my pajamas. Now here I sit blogging and then to button up some loose ends for work..that 3am alarm is going to be here before I blink! Good thing I operate well on very little sleep. :)

Lunch Made Easy: Lunch by Little Miss

Little Miss requested she pick out all her foods for lunch again tomorrow. :) I happy obliged, of course! I'm always intrigued to see what she'll pick out and what she's got planned, lol... She gave me her list pretty quickly, as if she'd been contemplating it all afternoon! Love it.

Lundh Made Easy: Let's Go Racin'

So first let me start of by saying, this did not turn out at all how I wanted it too... lol, again an idea in my head but just could not execute the way I wanted. Ugh! I'm glad it's FRIDAY tomorrow...

For those of you that don't know, we're BIG Nascar fans (*insert redneck joke here: _________*)
It's true - I love it. Maybe it's from growing up in Indiana and going to the the Brickyard... watching Indy cars. We'd watch them practice and eat picnics in the infield. :) Great memories.

Little Miss happens to love watching Nascar too. I think when she was little it was something about watching the bright cars go whizzing by and the sounds. Now, she watches and knows the drivers, their numbers, and even most of the sponsors. lol

Whenever the fella and I go to a track, we always have to bring her home a souvenir. Between he and I both, we've been to Sprint cup races at MIS multiple times, Daytona, Bristol, Chicagoland, & Charlotte.

For those of you that don't know (or don't care but I'm educating you anyways, hehe) this weekend is the Daytona 500! *Oh memories!* So to mark the start of the Nascar season, I decided to make Little Miss a racing themed lunch (well I tried anyways, lol)...

Lunch Made Easy: Wheels for Wednesday

It was a busy evening tonight. I quickly made lunch for Little Miss before I headed to a parents meeting tonight at her school (an informal discussion about some new building plans - Yay!) Anyhoo, just got home about a bit ago, so I finished making the fellas lunch, typing up my post to you all now, and then wind down time for a few... busy day again tomorrow.
OH and I should probably tell you all that Thursday (post tomorrow night) will be my last lunch this week because we are going on vacation (WOOT!) I don't want to say too much about the details *yet* because I plan on having some posts about it when we return. :)
I WILL however have some amazing posts I've set up to run while I'm gone featuring some of my favorite bento bloggers and their gorgeous lunch box ideas ~ so be sure to check them out over the next several days!!

Lunch Made Easy: Hugs & Kisses Little Misses

"Hugs and Kisses Little Misses" - this is something I actually say to Little Miss before bed quite often. :) I don't even remember how long ago I started it but as I was making this bento it made me smile thinking about it as the title.
