I realized Hello Kitty hadn't made a lunch box appearance in quite some time. She was overdue since she's on the top of "things Little Miss loves" list.

Lunch Made Easy: Panda Love *rice onigiri*

Little Miss is off school tomorrow (Friday) so I thought this might be a good time to tackle the next Bento of the Week challenge - Onigiri.

I have never done anything with rice like this before, so I was a bit nervous... I figured since Little Miss was going to be home with me while enjoying this, what they hey... good time to go for it! That way, if it was a hot mess, at least I was home to make her something else (LOL).

Well, when it was all said and done, I was pretty darn impressed with how it turned out!
