Lunch Made Easy: Three Little Pigs *Oink Oink*

I made this for Little Miss for her lunch tomorrow (Wednesday) at school. :) I'm so happy with how it turned out!
Be sure to check out the Bento Blog Network each week ~ This week the theme was "sandwich balls" or "bread onigiri". This is my second entry!

Check out my first entry and link to a "sandwich ball" tutorial here: Hoppy Friday!

Three Little Pigs *Oink Oink*

I made three sandwich balls filled with sunbutter & honey to make the lil' pigs.
I used bologna for the snout and ears. I decorated the eyes and nostrils with a BC food writer pen.

Above the pigs is a babybel cheese. I carved the number 3 out of the wax using a paring knife.
Then spelled the words "Lil" & "Pigs" using alphabet cookies.

The word "Lil" is on top of a slice of homemade applesauce bread. The pigs are on a bed of romaine, with matchstick carrots tucked under the word "Pigs".

Top right is a medley of mandarin oranges & kiwi dices.
Bottom right are cucumber slices & cauliflower florets.

All packed inside an Easylunchbox. :)
