Lunch Made Easy: MOMables Grilled Frenchman (Gluten & Peanut FREE version)

The great thing about MOMables is you don't have to think. Seriously, because there are some days my brain has completely shut down before I even make it home

All the work is done for you. They give you the ideas, the ingredients, the directions, and you can choose how creative you want to be from there! In our case, also make them gluten and peanut free ~  Fantastic!

This yummy Grilled Frenchman sandwich is courtesy of this MOMables item:

To make the lunch gluten free, I used Udi's Gluten Free White Bread (which is also soy, nut, and dairy free - FYI). I happened to have Brie on hand for use in another recipe, so I used that on Little Miss's sandwich along with nitrate and gluten free ham slices.

I lightly toasted mine in the toaster oven, just enough to melt the cheese. (Not gonna lie - I wanted to eat this soooo bad. Had to stop myself. I WILL be making one for ME next!)

Again, the ease of MOMables - we didn't have any strawberries on hand so I gave Little Miss red seedless grapes and also added some sugar snap peas for her veggies.

She is going to LOVE this! A sandwich I wouldn't have thought to do but so glad I did!

This lunch is packed inside an EasyLunchBoxes container.

That's the other great part - if you don't have an ELB, don't fret... you can still use the MOMables plans to accomodate your lunchbox.

Here's her lunch packed inside a LunchBots Duo instead:
Which by the way, MOMables is giving away right now a free Trio or Quad - click HERE to learn how to win one!

I was able to pack the same amount of grapes and veggies with dip in one half.
The sandwich I cut the halves into halves (meaning into four total pieces) and was able to fit three of them into my Duo. I could have probably fit all four but it would've been squished for the pretty picture. This is just an example of how you can make the foods work for you!

Here's the best part: Right now MOMables is offering a FREE downloadable menu for you to use and check out. No signing up, no gimics, just a free PDF so you can view what a typical weeks worth of lunch planning looks like so you can try it out without hastle or worry!

So go on, check it out and see for yourself! Now excuse me, I have some more Grilled Frenchman to make and try not to eat (yet).
