Lunch Made Easy: Back to Basics

After two over the top bentos Monday & Tuesday, getting back to basics seemed appropriate for Wednesday's lunches. :)

First up, Little Miss :)

She has a baby spinach salad with carrots and shredded cheddar cheese. In a silicon flower shaped cup, I took a hard boiled egg and sliced it then cut the slices with my small flower cookie cutter just to give it a little fun :) They're stacked inside the cup.
Top left are some deli oven roasted turkey slices. Top right is a grape & mandarin orange fruit medley.

Mama also has a spinach salad. Mine has dry cole slaw mix (cabbage & carrots) mixed in, as well as some shredded mozzarela cheese. Top left is low fat cottage cheese. Top right is a blueberry & grape fruit medley.

Both lunches are packed in EasyLunchBox containers.
