Lunch Made Easy: GF Bagel with Flowers & Starfruit

That's a mouthful of a title, I know, lol... But there's a lot goin' on here. :)

Peanut Free, Gluten Free

Little Miss has half a Gluten-Free Udi's bagel filled with SunButter and Jelly.
She also has a GF beef sausage stick (cut in half) tucked beside it.
A flower silicon cup holds a hard boiled egg I sliced, then cut with my small stainless flower cutter. Around it are some varying cheese slices.
Top left compartment alternates starfruit and strawberry slices. On top is a slice of starfruit with a flower stem pick.

Top right is a small spinach salad with a flower shaped cheese cutout on top. Center is colored with my blue Betty Crocker Easy Writer pen.

Lunch is packed inside an EasyLunchBoxes container.

I also got adventurous tonight and decided to bake egg cups. I've never done them like them this, so I only made six. Three are with spinach and the other three are with freshly grated zuchinni. All are topped with cheese. I kept one of each kind out, in the fridge, and put the others in the freezer. They'll be great to pull out when needed, like the muffins, for Little Miss! I'm going to make more with meats and peppers I think too. Yum!

Day 3 Meals
Breakfast: Zuchinni egg cup (pictured above) with fresh fruit and cottage cheese
School Snack: Apple cinnamon GF muffin
Lunch: Details shown and posted above
Dinner: Pork, potatoes, and steamed veggies
