Wednesday marks
11 days left on the Advent Christmas Lunches Countdown!!
We're almost in single digits people!! I still have so much I WANT to do and make. Ahh!
Little Miss has her favorite, a spinach salad with matchstick carrots. I took colby jack cheese and used my mini-cutters to add holiday embelishments. Just a simple way to jazz it up! There's a star, gingerbread man, tree, and snowflake. In the center is a circle with the countdown number "11" written on it with a blue Betty Crocker food writer pen.
Bottom right has a container with a small amount of zesty italian dressing. On top of it is a
Junior Mint Cookie for dessert. YUM!
Top right has a holiday cupcake liner with small cantaloupe dices and a reindeer pick.
