Food for Thought: Crockpot Love - Foil Packet Salmon

This has just the right amount of sweet & spice. I have never made Salmon in the crockpot before, so I was nervous (to say the least) but this is definitely something I will do again! :)
I looooooove Salmon.

I found this recipe on the amazing crockpot365 website and knew I just HAD to try it out!

In a large baking dish, I combined & mixed the following ingredients:
2 T brown sugar, 1 t paprika, 1/2 t garlic salt, 1/2 t kosher salt, & 1 t red pepper

Coat both sides of your salmon by rolling it back and forth in the dish.
I even used my hands to help spread it on, generously.

After coating, place on individual non-stick foil sheets and fold into a packet.

Place in crockpot and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
The longer you cook it, the dryer/ flakier it will be, so depending on how you like it. :)

I served ours with white rice & asian medley steamed vegetables.
