Lunch Made Easy: Allergy Friendly Lunch Box Ideas

I hope you all had an amazing week!  It's been one of ups and downs, with a side of busy busy busy at our house. TGIF!
No matter how crazy our days are, we always manage to find time and have fun with our food. :)  If you gotta pack it, might as well enjoy it - right!? 
This week in lunches, we had everything from Earth Day, to Allergy Free, Pandas, and even leftovers. Yummy!

Lunch Made Easy: Panda Love *rice onigiri*

Little Miss is off school tomorrow (Friday) so I thought this might be a good time to tackle the next Bento of the Week challenge - Onigiri.

I have never done anything with rice like this before, so I was a bit nervous... I figured since Little Miss was going to be home with me while enjoying this, what they hey... good time to go for it! That way, if it was a hot mess, at least I was home to make her something else (LOL).

Well, when it was all said and done, I was pretty darn impressed with how it turned out!
