Lunch Made Easy: Romaine Wrap

While grocery shopping last weekend, I was trying to think outside the box with sandwiches for Little Miss, so I purchased some yummy organic romaine hearts to make wraps with.

I went ahead and let her try one to make sure she'd like it... And she did! Loved it even. *high five for Little miss and for Mama!* ;-)
Little Miss has a oven roasted deli turkey, cheese, and ranch romaine wrap sandwich. Beside it are some Terra brand Sweet Potato and Carrot Chips (GF and one full serving of veggies in every ounce). There are also two mini chocolate chip HomeFree cookies (gluten and nut free).
Top left is her beloved mandarin oranges. Top right are a few blueberries and a small cup of cottage cheese.
I also threw in a few hand cut carrots flowers, simply because she loves them. :)
Lunch is packed inside an EasyLunchBoxes container.

Here's how I made the wrap:

Roll it up and hold together with a cute heart pick (or whatever you want to use, lol) ;-)

Day 4 Meals
Breakfast: Oatmeal and fresh fruit
Snack: Rice cake with SunButter spread on it
Lunch: Detailed above
Dinner: Spaghetti with GF brown rice noodles
