Cybele's Free-To-Eat Cookie Giveaway!
Years ago, when Little Miss was first diagnosed with food allergies, there were not all the resources we have today. Looking online, I'd find little information that was reliable and what this mother needed in order to feed her baby and feel secure.
One person I did come across during that research, was Cybele Pascal. Her books were some of my first comforts during a new scary time of our life.
Fast forward, now Cybele is sharing her experiences through baking and food allergy motherhood in her line of delicious Free-To-Eat Cookies.
We've shared about these gems before, but I don't mind taking some time to do it again... and while we're at it GIVE SOME AWAY to FIVE lucky people!
Cybele's Free-To-Eat Cookies are certified Non-GMO, certified Kosher, and certified gluten free. They're also Vegan and free from the Top 8 Allergens (no wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, fish, or shellfish).
The cookies have been available for the past couple years in three varieties - Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chunk Brownie, and Oatmeal Raisin. You can read our past review on those by clicking here.
However, there is a new addition to the Free-To-Eat family... Snicker Doodle! I first tried them last fall at a gluten free expo. I was hooked.
They're soft, sweet, and cinnamony all on their own, but I like to have fun in Little Miss' lunches by adding some icing or filling between the cookies.
We've even packed them for lunches with sunflower seed spread in the middle. Yummy!
To celebrate the new variety AND to encourage you to have some lunch box fun, we are giving away a case of Snicker Doodle cookies to FIVE people!
If you want to try the other three varieties, check out the store locator on the website or you can purchase them on Amazon.
