{Gluten Free} Breakfast Pizza with #UdisGlutenFree #Recipe

Since my daughter had to give up gluten over three years ago, our breakfast options have changed dramatically.

Gone are some of her old cereal favorites. No more of those warm cinnamon rolls that come from a tube. Said goodbye to store bought donuts and muffins too.

We make a lot of homemade gluten free & allergy friendly muffins, pancakes, and oatmeal now. And that's okay!

I'm thankful on mornings we're in a rush and need a "quick fix", however, for items from Udi's Gluten Free! Items like their Mighty Bagels, Cinnamon Rolls, and their new Breakfast Burritos.

Still, my Little Miss loves having a hand in making foods with me and Gluten Free Breakfast Pizza is one way we can keep things simple and fun - even in the mornings!

Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crusts come 2/pack. They're gluten, nut, soy, and dairy free. Perfect for my family's dietary needs!

I let my daughter get involved and have fun with her food by letting her top our Breakfast Pizza.

Lay a crust on a baking sheet and top with 3 large eggs, scrambled. You can either do this yourself for your kiddos or let them, if you're comfortable and they're old enough to use the stove.

We chop up toppings together, approximately 1/3 cup of your choice - ham bits, bacon crumbles, sausage, veggies, etc. Plus she adds 1/4 cup of cheese shreds (either non-dairy or traditional, depending on your needs).

Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is to preferred crispness.

Remove from oven and let cool 2-3 minutes before slicing with a pizza cutter.

A fun and simple breakfast option using great products from Udi's Gluten Free! Get the kids in the kitchen and have fun creating!
