Lunch Made Easy: Five School Lunches, Gluten & Nut Free

Another week, another round-up of fun {allergy friendly} school lunches!

Here's what Little Miss enjoyed this week:
Gluten Free, Nut Free, & More {see notes included with post for details}

Food Allergy families know, packing food and snacks doesn't just happen during the school week. No sir. We often have to pack on the weekends depending on where we're going. We can't always guarantee there will be safe foods for Little Miss to eat.

This EasyLunchboxes container was actually packed up from this past weekend for Little Miss to enjoy. Even the weekends can be fun! ;)

Here she has an Allergy Free Chocolate Chip Muffin made with our King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Muffin Mix. This mix is made in a Top 8 Free facility. Add Enjoy Life Top 8 Free Chocolate Chips and you have one delicious treat!

She also has packed watermelon dices, turkey roll-ups, cheese bites, carrots with dip, and pears.

Sub or omit the cheese & dip to keep this lunchbox dairy free and safe for Top 8 allergens!

Another delish lunch box Little Miss enjoyed this week was filled with Udi's Gluten Free new Baguette Slices! They are gluten, nut, dairy, & soy free. She enjoyed them with ham slices and avocado mash for spreading onto the bread.

Also packed were carrots and a 'butterfly' made of grapes & apple slices.

When I was little my mother would bake pancakes for us, but I haven't made them in age! They've been circulating around Pinterest like mad (aka "Puffins").

We made ours using Enjoy Life Top 8 Free Chocolate Chips. Little Miss never needs/ asks for syrup when I make Pancakes with chocolate chips - I love that! We also love using our King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Pancake Mix made in a Top 8 Free Facility to keep them allergy free

Also packed is a carrot, pears, banana, and Old Wisconsin brand gluten free beef stick bites. Finished off with a sweet Lunchbox Love Notes reminding her to "Be your wonderful self".

Another simple lunch was made this week in our Paperchase Bento Boxes. It included turkey roll-ups, cheese bites, apple dices, watermelon, carrot, and Crunchmaster Sea Salt Crackers. We love these crackers - they gluten, egg, and dairy free, and Vegan

Sub or omit the cheese sticks bites to keep this entire lunch dairy free

Today Little Miss took her Goodbyn Bynto container to school. It's packed full of goodies that are gluten, nut, soy, & dairy free

Included are turkey roll-ups, carrots, mandarin, oranges, apples, and an Udi's Gluten Free Harvest Crunch Muffin.

These muffins are gluten, dairy, nut, & soy free and PACKED full of protein and nutrients. The Harvest Crunch are made with cranberries, sweet potatoes, quinoa flour, and pepitas. {Want to try them?? I'm giving some away! Enter by clicking HERE!}
