- 1 lb. of ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can of gluten free chili beans
- 3/4 cup of uncooked gluten free macaroni noodles
- 1 cup of frozen
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional- 2 tsp. of chili powder (I didn't add any because Little Miss doesn't like it too spicy)
- In a large skilled on your stove top, brown meat and drain.
- Stir in corn, undrained tomatoes, beans, uncooked macaroni noodles, and water.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Top with shredded cheese. Cover and let stand until melted.
