The red, yellow, green, and blue rings are topped with cheese painted with food coloring. The black ring is melted chocolate. I got this fabulous chocolate idea from Mamabelly over at Lunches with Love.
The sandwiches themselves were easy to make; I just used my smaller circle cookie cutters and filled them with SunButter SunFlower Seed Spread. Then topped with the colored cheese and chocolate.
As for the rest of the lunch, I have spinach leaves arranged above the sandwich rings to represent the ancient Greek Olympic Laurel Leaf Crowns.
Top left is Chobani Greek yogurt with multi-colored sprinkles in a red silicone cup.
Top right are halved red seedless grapes and carrot 'medal' coins. ;)
This Olympic bento is packed inside an EasyLunchBoxes container.
