I have a romaine & baby spinach salad with mushrooms, carrot, cauliflower, and red cabbage. Plus a hard boiled egg.
I also have grapes, oranges, and apple dices.
I *love* the gluten-free CrunchMasters crackers. The sea salt is my favorite. We got some in our August Savorfull box, so I've included them for my lunch today with SunButter. Yum!!
