I've been making this recipe for quite awhile now and can't believe I haven't shared it yet! Super simple, super easy... and if you read my blog, you know I *LOVE* my crockpot!
What you'll need: (we get about five sandwiches out of this amount)
approx 1.5 lbs Pork Ribs, Boneless (I use Country Style Pork Boneless Ribs. It tends to be leaner, less fatty and cooks up nicer.)
1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 can of Beef Broth
2 slices of diced Onion
This is how easy this recipe is -
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Spread the diced onion over the bottom of the pot.
Put pork ontop of onion bedding evenly. Pour about 3/4 of the can of broth over top, covering the pork. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
After the cook time, shred pork with a knife and/or fork. Add bottle of sauce and cook for an additional 1/2 hour or until heated throughout.
TA-DA! FINISHED.
I like mine on a bun, with a dill pickle on the side. :-D
This sounds SO easy and delicious! Sweet Baby Ray's is my favorite and I can wait to try this recipe! Thanks for linking up, Keeley! :) Hope you are having a great week! :)
