Each month Little Miss anxiously awaits for her green box of {allergy free} goodies from Savorfull!
Just like past boxes, December did not disappoint on the deliciousness.
Our December box of goodies contained Enjoy Life Sugar Cookies, GoGo Squeeze Applesauce, Kelapo Coconut Oil, Mabel's Labels Online Offer, Mini Pops Online Offer, Mrs. Glee's Gluten Free Flour, and SunButter.
I also decided to let Little Miss enjoy her Enjoy Life Top 8 Allergen Free Sugar Cookies in her lunch one day in December.
We also used our Mrs. Glee's Gluten Free Flour to make Gluten Free & Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies for Santa. ;)
Mrs. Glee's Flour is Gluten, Wheat, Peanut, Tree Nut, Dairy, Casein, Egg, Soy, & Shellfish FREE. It's also made with whole navy beans making it an excellent source of fiber!
Here's how we made them!
- 2 cups Mrs. Glee's Gluten Free Performance Flour Blend
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 flax egg replacers (or two large eggs)
- 1 package of Enjoy Life Mini Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and flax egg replacers (or large eggs).
Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Gradually add flour and mix on low until well combined. Slowly stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and continue to let cool.
ENJOY!
I can't wait to see what our January box will have!!
Looks delish! Have a wonderful new year with your sweet family :)
