Lunch Made Easy: Frosty the {Gluten Free} Bagel!

♪♫ Frosty the {gluten free} bagel, was a jolly happy soul! ♪♫

 

One of Little Miss' favorite Advent Christmas Countdown Lunches last year was "Frosty the Bagel".

 

This year, I made a simplified version (mostly because Mama got home late last night and was tiiirrrrred) and of course it's also {gluten free}.  

Little Miss has an Udi's {Gluten, Nut, Soy, & Dairy Free} bagel with whipped cream cheese spread on it. Frosty's nose is a carrot, and his eyes and mouth are chocolate chips. His cute little hate is actually a cupcake pick.

 

We also packed two of our Melissa's produce organic Crimson Gold Apples and Veggie Chips. On one of her apples is where I snuck in our Advent Christmas Countdown number of {12} with a food safe marker.

 

Her cute little Lunchbox Love Note finishes off this lunch box that's sure to make her smile!
