Food for Thought: Crockpot Love - Zesty BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Another simple and delicious meal made by my beloved Crockpot.
Finger lickin', fall off the bone chicken made easy!

I love making drumsticks in my crockpot. They cook up perfectly and most of the time I can find them on sale for $0.99/ lb at my grocer!

Here's what I used:
6 chicken drumsticks
1 bottle of sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 packet of italian dressing seasoning mix
2 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce

First, spray your pot with cooking spray and then stack your drumsticks inside.

Next, you can either mix this directly in the pot or in a separate bowl - I do mine directly in the pot and just toss thoroughly after.

Pour in your entire bottle of BBQ sauce (I used the sweet n' spicy kind, but any flavor you prefer will work). Then add the noted amounts of brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and 1 seasoning packet.

Toss or mix thoroughly so that the chicken is covered.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Look how it just FALLS cleanly right off the bone! It was SOO good!
So good that we ate and I almost forgot to take any pictures, haha :)
