Lunch Made Easy: Fun Day!

Tomorrow is "Fun Day!" at Little Miss' school ~ Much like the Field Day I had as a kiddo in school - outdoor activities, races, contests, etc. Although it's suppose to rain, so most likely they'll be having it in the gymnasium.

Little Miss has a turkey and cheese sandwich on Udi's gluten, nut, dairy, & soy free bread.

I cut out the word "Fun Day" by hand from an all-natural apple fruit leather strip.

Surrounding her sandwich are flower cut carrots, the scrap bits, and blueberries.

Top left are Veggie Straws.

Top right are apple dices and a silicone cup filled with SunButter for dipping.

Lunch is packed in an EasyLunchBoxes container.

I also stuck in a Lunch Box Love Note for extra encouragement for her day of activities & fun! :)
