Lunch Made Easy: Happy Halloween Everyone!
Today is Halloween! Finally. :) lol
I have been making Little Miss Halloween lunches for almost two weeks now, sooooo I'm ready for a change up. ;)
They don't really "celebrate Halloween" at my daughter's school, so I've been doing my best to just try and make it fun for her...

Lunch Made Easy: Moose & Zee!
This weeks theme on the Bento Blog Network is Nick Jr.
I seriously try to not let Little Miss watch too much TV and if she does I *hope* it's educational programming... so for this challenge I thought it'd be fun to capture two of her favorite little characters "Moose & Zee"!

Food for Thought: Hamburger Cupcakes & Cookie Fries - Gameday Special!
Today we're getting together with friends to watch the Wisconsin vs. Michigan State football game (I'll be sneaking into the other room to catch the ND game too. ;) hehe!)
As I mentioned before, I always volunteer to bring dessert when we get together. My little sous chef (aka "little miss") gladly helped me put this one together. It was so much fun!

If you refer back to one of my original "Things I Love" posts, I mentioned my good friend Krista and her Kupcakery business. (See here for original post & pictures: http://keeleymcguire.blogspot.com/2011/05/things-i-love.html)
Well this woman is at it again! I just have to share some more of her AMAZING work...

Snackable: "Mama I'm Hungry"
Little Miss is off of school the rest of this week and so that means no lunches for Mama to make. (Kind of nice getting a break for a couple days, not gonna lie...) She will make the hour+ long commute with me each way instead for the next two days to my main office at work. Her sitter is close to my office.
On the drive home, she will inevitably tell me every five minutes "Mama I'm Hungry", "Mama I'm Hungry", "Mama I'm Huuuuungry" (lol) so I started packing her snacks to eat in the car. Here is her snack for today:

Food for Thought: Crockpot Love - Cranberry Pork
I've made this recipe before in my crockpot/ slow cooker but the first time I made it with a Pork Loin. It was apparently so good, my boyfriend and Little Miss at it all before I even got home from work! (lol, they did ask if it was OK first ;).) WELL, this week boneless pork chops happened to be on sale and I thought why not try it with those! Mmm, it worked out great too!
Here's how I did it --
